Prices On shoes

We saw a video on shoes and whats the difference between a pair of 150$ shoe an a less expensive shoe and is the more expensive shoe any better because of the value. The NBA player Marbury talked about his shoe which is at a low price and his shoe was compared to Nikes Jordan shoes an to see if theirs really a difference in the quality. It turned out their wasnt really that much od a difference between the shoe. This NBA player came up with this idea because he as a kid didnt have the money to buy sneakers. So he came up with this thimking of those familys who are in the same situation he once was. People would buy the expensiev just because everybody thinks its a fashion statement and its soemthimng you want not need. I buy fashion based on the clothes that I aleady have an see if they would go togehter.

Focus Groups

We are studiyng market information management (MIM) in my marketing class. (MIM) is gathering different information on the product you are trying to sell and improving it. Today we had focus group acrtivity thats when a group of people get together and share ideas on things. Today we had an activitie where three different sodas in front of us without us knowing what kind they were. So we drank them an then decided which one was our favorite an then we were told what actual sodas they were. Ant theris this video I found of a focus group. Its characters who are giving their opinion on a new line of car being brought out.

Distributing high school style

Today in marketing we learned about distribution. distribution is just ways of getting your product out to customers but not only that, the best ways of getting it out faster. Today we had a small activitie in class we had to get salt an water from one side of the room to the other . And we were given tools to do that. We werwe given a napkin, a straw , ana a spoon. i used the straw to scoop the salt into the napkin to move it across the room with no problem. And the straw to scoop up the water into my mouth ansafely croos it to the other side of the room

My name is Kevin Magarino, i am 17 years old i go to Spring Woods high school im interested in anything thats new but I do have things I prefer doing. for example watching television some of my favorite shows include Supernatural, and wrestling. My favorite food is pizza I can eat it everyday an wouldnt get sick of it. I like Rock soft rock not that crazy stuff u cant understand.

What is your favorite subject in school? My favorite subject would have to be psychology, because I want to study it in College. I am really not sure if this is the subject where I excel thats probably biology.

What are your strenghts? Weaknesses? Im good at remembering things I might come in lazy some days.

Do you usually study for tests? How? yes just by reading the material back an forth to myself.

What would you like to learn most from this class? Sports.

How do you think we should divide work in our team? Evenly.

Summer Tales

This summer was Fun I did some camping slet late woke up late. It was cool I tried finding a job but was unsuccesful. The rest of the time I just hung out. I really got into playing basketball over the summer. Im not any good but its fun playing it. We also got a new car . And that was it .

Im expecting to learn a new skill in this classs something I can use later on in life. Ive already had Mrs. Cuellar as a teacher last year so I know that my expectations will be met. Thats really it those are my expectations in this calss.
